This certification recognises that Automic has measured and reduced its greenhouse gas emissions and offset the remainder by investing in verified carbon offset projects. The certification applies to Automic’s organisation-wide operations, including its Sydney, Perth, and Melbourne offices and business activities.

Automic’s Climate Active certification covers emissions across Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3. This means that the company has accounted for emissions from direct operations, purchased energy, and its broader value chain, in-line with Climate Active’s carbon neutral standard.
This follows Automic’s transition to 100% carbon neutral electricity in its Sydney and Melbourne offices. Achieving Climate Active certification is part of a wider environmental strategy that prioritises transparency on the impact we make on the environment, measurable targets, and alignment with evolving stakeholder expectations.
