Unlike traditional cooler bags, Fridge-to-go® has passed all testing regarding the lead content that was done specifically for California in the United States which has the strictest regulations in the world, and it means the bags are lead-safe.
The level of PVC is VERY low as well, although some PVC is required to keep the rigidity of the bag, although to access the very small levels of PVC inside the bags one must cut them open, again they are PVC-safe.
Fridge-to-go® bags are BPA-free and the panels are made with HDPE materials and EVA for the plastic piping again, which do not contain BPA.
Fridge-to-go® bags also contain less than one per cent DEHP (Diethylhexyl Phthalate) which is a requirement for children and infant products and is enforced by the ACCC.
Fridge-to-go® bags are made with 420D Oxford nylon fabric with PE backing on the outside and the interior lining is 210T polyester.
So easy to use, the bag can be folded and put in the freezer or, as all of the cooling panels are removable, you can just place the panels in the freezer.
The panels are inserted into a special Tempguard fabric which lines all Fridge-to-go® models.
This Tempguard fabric not only helps maintain the chill longer than ordinary insulated bags, but also helps to reduce the sweating and wetness.
